In an Australian near dystopian future, lifelong friends, Mac (Craig Alexander) and Fettes (Justin Hosking), are undervalued, broke orderlies. They hatch a plan to harvest organs from a freshly deceased Jane Doe but when she unexpectedly awakens on the operating table, the duo faces a moral and logistical nightmare.
